Bud Spencer stars as Inspector "Flatfoot" Rizzo, a big, burly cop with an equally big heart. After being suspended from the police force, Flatfoot refuses to give up on busting a drug smuggling ring. Using information gathered from his ears and eyes on the street (a prostitute and a hunchbacked midget), he is able to infiltrate the drug ring and bring it down... all while helping a poor family with many children and no father. 93 minutes.
